XII Air Force 340th Bomb Group 486th Squadron Patch Archive. With squadron patch, two 2nd Anniversary unit histories, one being signed on the reverse with names and cities of squadron members. There is a dinner invitation covered by a photo of the 486th Squadron sign depicting Buggs Bunny throwing a bomb. A newspaper clipping related to the 340th is also in the group.
The patch has lost most of the felt outer border but the central figure and colors remain vivid and intact.
